SHASTA McNASTY :()

if you are a CARMINE GIOVINAZZO fan, well, then you know all about SHASTA McNASTY. sadly, i didn't watch the show when it came on, because i did not get UPN at that time. (actually, i never got UPN, but during college, they did have the shows on channel 12 after midnight... that's how i found VERONICA MARS and GIRLFRIENDS and ONE ON ONE, but none of that is relevent to carmine or my love for him!) anyway, it seems to be a loved (and missed) show from the 90's. and from what i've seen of it from youtube.com, it does seem to be quite funny. :)

so, if you love carmine and you love to laugh, run to youtube.com right now and watch the clips from SHASTA McNASTY!

CARMINE GIOVINAZZO QUOTES

Carmine Giovinazzo: I'm just a tea guy, if it's a rainy day, I'm just gonna stay in, I like tea.

Carmine Giovinazzo: Even though I played college basketball, I'm not Johnny Sports Talker. But there's something hot about a girl at a game with a hat on just sitting there enjoying it.

Carmine Giovinazzo: (On what drew him to his CSI: NY character Danny Messer) When the character came through, it was first and foremost being a native New Yorker. You'd be surprised how rarely those parts come along for me. When that came through, it was very exciting to see it. I couldn't wait to meet for it after I saw the character description. You're rarely in a position to pick and choose [roles]. I was up for a couple things around that time, so I was just looking for a job and this one was the most appropriate.

Carmine Giovinazzo: Most of my family are cops and I've talked to them about things in the beginning, questions I might have had [about] the way things are done and how to approach certain suspects during an interrogation--things like that.

Carmine Giovinazzo: (The biggest change since getting the role of Danny on CSI: NY) The fact that I'm now waking up in the morning, putting on a suit and tie and grabbing the briefcase and going to work. That lifestyle--that's probably the biggest change I'm adjusting to. It's kind of a claustrophobic feeling for me, the idea of committing to [that lifestyle]. It's not even 9-5 when you're working [on a television show]; it's 6am to 6 at night, or 9am to 9 or 10 at night. So that's the biggest adjustment. There's a grind and it's a lot of waiting--sure, you get a day off here and there--but I have to be here [on set]. Then beyond that, there's delivering this kind of material, which is a real challenge itself, this style of acting, which is its own entity. For the most part, it's just the challenge of the schedule.

Carmine Giovinazzo: (About his character Danny in CSI: NY) Danny and I have just enough in common... we're very similar and also extremely different.

Carmine Giovinazzo: I've been drawing since I was a kid... I'm inspired by you and everybody else... The differences between all of us and where we come from... there's so much to be inspired by it could be anything... I did have a show in LA... in 97... but since I've only been painting sporadically... so I'm waiting for enough output before having a show.

Carmine Giovinazzo: I'm trying to figure out how to have balance rather than work, work, work.

DREAMIN' ABOUT CARMINE SEX CANDY... YUM!

ok, usually i don't dream about famous people (unless ya count my numerous dreams about dog the bounty hunter... don't ask!) anyway, i usually dream about my old elementary skool and old friends from when i was in junior high, but last night--er--sometime this morning, i had an awesome dream about our favorite csi. sadly, he wasn't danny messer in my dream, he was carmine giovinazzo and this might actually be the better of the two, because not only do ya have sexy carmine, but he could totally dress like a cop and go into character as danny messer. oh, the possiblities! anyway, on to the dream:
***p.s. eddie cahill and melina (can't spell her last name) make cameos. :)

so, i was walking down some kinda board-walk and i was shopping with my mom (i think) and all of a sudden i feel extremely thirsty. so, i am in search of something cold and tastey to drink. (i like to have drinks in real life when i'm at a store or just walking around aimlessly, i don't know why for sure, but i get thirsty in public places very easy) anyway. so, i see this icee place just up ahead and i'm like: "yay! icee place just ahead!" i go up to it, and i am thinking: "ok. not open. bummer." then, i see that someone is in the place and that there are customers on the other side. i decide to stand there and wait for the guy to see me. (i tend to do this in real life, too. just stand around til someone notices me) i see the different flavors and one called vodka piques my interest. i want that drink! when the guy comes over to me to take my order, i notice who he is for the first time. EDDIE CAHILL! i'm like: "whoa! you're eddie cahill." he doesn't seem too surprised by reaction. he just smiles and asks me what i would like. i dunno if i actually get my drink--maybe--maybe not--but who the hell cares??? it's freakin' eddie cahill!!! ;)

so, the next thing i know, i'm inside a house (and so is the person who was with me--my mom, i still think) with eddie cahill. he is talking to me about something, but i'm not sure what. maybe he's explaining to me why he's working on a board-walk icee shop, i dunno. or maybe he's explaining to me why flack wears all those hideous ties, i dunno. anyway, i'm sitting there, with eddie cahill, and i think he mentions that carmine is in the back. suddenly i have to pee! (he he) so, i head to the back.

in the kitchen, there he is! sexy carmine giovinazzo as i live and breath (in my dreams) and he is mixing something in a bowl. i stop and look at him for a moment. he looks back at me, grins, still stirring whatever he has inside that darn bowl of his. then, he asks: "want to try this?" (in real life, i wouldn't try something that i don't recognize and is being made by a guy... i don't trust guys cooking very much... not sure why) anyway, i say: "sure." (feeling all tingly inside, i'm sure, cos it's freakin' carmine giovinazzo! swoon...) he steps toward me and dips out some of the concoction with a huge wooden spoon (metaphor perhaps...) and gives me a bite. i get some of it on my lip. by this time, i am next to the stove and he is where i was only moments earlier. i reach up and start to wipe it off my lip, but decide not to. he's like: "good?" and grins real big at me. i go: "very good." then, i say: "come here." and he steps toward me. i still have the stuff on my lip and i reach over and pull him to me. WE KISS!!! when we pull away, he's like: "that is good." :) :) :) and we just kinda grin at one another for a few minutes.

the next thing i know, we're headed to the back of the house. we go into the bathroom. i don't see carmine during this part, but i'm sure he's with me. and i think we have sex in the bathroom. that's kinda weird, i guess, but sex with carmine would be great no matter where it takes place. ;)

i leave the bathroom and go back to the front. no one seems to have missed me. i guess this is a regular occurance when it comes to carmine giovinazzo! i sit down with the person i came in with (still thinkin' it's my mom) then, the door opens. a girl walks in--a pretty girl--who's name is kelcy. she looks pissed off. she looks at eddie cahill and is like: "where the hell is carmine??? i'm gonna strangle him!" turns out kelcy is carmine's girlfriend. i look at my companion and say: "time to go!" we leave.

next thing i know, i'm on a bus--a tour bus. melina (still can't spell her last name) is driving. apparently, we are going on a tour to see famous people. i dunno. i am sitting beside an old friend of mine named jessica. we have a lap top and we are doing a google search for this kelcy girl who claims she is carmine's girlfriend. no luck on finding any info, though. then, something is said about me being pregnant! could i be having carmine's baby??? that would be so cool... ;)

next thing i know, we are lost. melina (sorry, still don't know how to spell her last name) stops the bus and gets out and asks this girl who is standing on the side of the street for directions. the girl doesn't know anything about anything and we are parked between a huge rickity looking mansion that ya just know is haunted and an old cemetary--way creepy! and like something out of a horror movie, we decide to take refuge inside the haunted house.

weird things start going on from here. i think i might see carmine and others from tv and maybe even kelcy a few more times, but i can't get close enough to talk to anyone. i am basically alone and this is scary, but there's just nothing i can do about it. then, my dad wakes me up.

darn it! i wanted to finish that dream... i wanted to know if i really did sleep with carmine giovinazzo and i wanted to know if i was really pregnant with his baby and i wanted to know who the heck kelcy was! but, alas, i shall never ever know...
