***technically this has nothing to do with carmine giovinazzo, but it does have to do with the episode: TANGLEWOOD and sonny sassone.***

question: have any of ya'll watched GILMORE GIRLS in the last couple of years???

why do i ask?
well, b/c i watch it. but the main reason i ask is b/c luke's sister liz is married to a guy named t.j. and t.j. is basically a dumb-ass. he's the comic relief, kinda like kirk is...

anyway, i was watching s1 of CSI:NY and in the episode TANGLEWOOD, they introduce the character of sonny sassone. he's supposed to be part of the italian gang that danny's brother louie is part of, right? well, the character of sonny is played by the same guy who plays t.j. on GILMORE GIRLS.

now, usually this wouldn't bother me, a funny guy playin' a gangster, but com'n! it's hard for me not to crack up everytime i see the kid actin' all gangsta and tough like: "ask danny messer, he'll tell ya if i'm goin' to sing-sing. i know all 'bout danny and he knows all 'bout tanglewood."

it's hard for me to take him seriously for several different reasons:
1. he's always screwin' up on GG.
2. he wore tights during his wedding to liz.
3. he kept going on and on about how he had "breathing room" in said tights.
4. he was telling random people in LUKE'S that he was in essgroe.
5. he just says dumb-ass stuff all the time.

i'm sure i could go on and on about this, but i won't. it's not that he's a terrible actor anything like that, in fact, he's pretty good. but everytime i see TANGELWOOD, i find myself thinkin' about t.j. in tights and him telling everyone he meets: "i'm in essgroe."
